Now that the closing has taken place, I would like to take a moment to tell you about all the hard work Mark Schreier did in making the sale of my property a tremendous success. His suggestions as to how to physically present the property, the marketing plan, which resulted in offers substantially above the listing price, and the handling of all the minute details were all done in what I consider to be a calm, efficient and professional manor. While I do not plan anymore real estate transactions in the near future, he will be foremost in my mind when the need arrives.
